Working with me

I'm an independent software engineer working with teams remotely. I've kept the administrative side deliberately simple, because most of the friction in hiring across borders is paperwork rather than people.

Simple onboarding

Standard B2B agreements, straightforward USD invoicing, and immediate start dates without bureaucratic friction or complex local entities.

What I handle

I'm onboarded on Deel, so contracts and payments run through a platform your finance team already recognises. I take care of my own tax and compliance obligations, and I file a W-8BEN for US payers — the form that certifies my foreign status and lets you pay without withholding, because the work is performed outside the US. I work from my own equipment, set my own hours, and invoice in USD.

How it usually runs

We agree scope and rate, I sign your contract or mine, and you get the W-8BEN before the first invoice. I keep a useful overlap with your working day and I'm reachable the rest of it in writing. Everything I produce is yours under our agreement — the IP assignment is signed before I start, not after.
